The Masung MS-ZK650-M6 is a customizable monochrome thermal transfer printer designed for printing aluminium nameplates, aluminium name cards, plastic name cards, and compatible perforated metal card applications. It delivers 300 DPI resolution, a maximum printing width of 54 mm, and a printing speed of up to 50 mm/s, while print content, concentration, and print head pressure can be managed and adjusted through Masung self-developed software. Designed for efficient card processing, the metal card printer supports 0.7–0.9 mm thick aluminum plates, card lengths of 50–86 mm, and widths of 35–54 mm. It features single vertical card issuance and a capacity of up to 100 sheets when using 0.9 mm thick cards. The supported card material is an aluminum plate with a smooth or coated surface.
